Masih sangat jauh bagus ketimbang FM2012 namun tetap saja kita tidak bisa memainkan team & club" Indonesia, tidak seperti FM2012, salah satu kelemahan FIFA Manager 12 yang menyebabkan tidak terlalu dipopuleri di Indonesia adalah hal tersebut. Juga salah satu kelemahan mendasar, game ini harus di patch secara ONLINE, beda dengan FM2012 yang patch dan piranti lainnya mudah kita dapatkan.
